ITS Help Desk Office Assistant
Assist with basic Help Desk functions such as: answering phones, entering data into Help Desk ticketing system, greeting walk -in users, and performing basic troubleshooting tasks over the phone and in-person. Strong focus on customer service.
Capable of using computers, ability to work within an office setting, excellent customer service and communication skills. Some knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred. Interest or experience in technology (hardware and software) a plus.
